The protection of your personal information is a high priority for us here at Trésor. Therefore, we commit to the following principles.

Fair, lawful and authorized processing

Trésor employment agency is allowed to collect, use and disclose personal information for lawful purposes, seeing that it is used in a fair and authorized manner.  The agency is, therefore, responsible for the personal information collected and is engaged to disclose the identity of the company with whom the data is shared. Trésor employment agency uses and discloses of personal information based on informed consent unless required by law.

The agency does not reply on implied consent other than in suitable cases, according to the nature of the information and the reasonable expectations from the people involved.

Transferring and disclosing personal information

Trésor employment agency is engaged to transfer all personal information of our candidates to another entity only when the procedure complies to the principles and rules set out in this confidentiality policy and to applicable confidentiality legislation.

Processing only reasonable and specified purposes

Trésor agency collects, uses and discloses personal information for reasonable required business purposes. The information is always disclosed to involved people when it is collected, unless it is permitted or required by law.


Trésor employment agency provides access to personal information and the possibility to edit it complying to the applicable legislation in confidentiality matter. Our agency is also engaged to keep the information as accurate as required for its purposes and to keep it updated. It is the candidate’s responsibility to inform Trésor agency of any changes in their personal information. We are engaged to update them when necessary.

Confidentiality policy modifications
